What are good low-fat snacks?

Low-Fat Snacks

If you are going to snack, choose low-fat and low-calorie snacks such as fresh fruit, raw vegetables, plain, low-fat yogurt. Watch out for potato chips, dips, peanut butter, seeds and nuts. While peanut butter, seeds and nuts do have protein and other nutrients, they are also very high in fat. Soy nuts are a good choice.
