If you want your children to have good eating habits, it is important to set a good example for them. Try to eat well balanced meals with your children and encourage them to try new foods. However, do not force them or they will view the food as punishment. Rather introduce the food while you are eating it. If your child sees you eating something, they will be more likely to try it.
