Many times our health/nutrition problems occur because of the stress levels in our lives. Always in a rush, work, money problems, and family situations often force us to hold enormous levels of stress and tensions in our bodies and minds.

Take a hot bath, or shower. Read a relaxing book. Watch moving water, or sing softly to yourself with your eyes closed. Whatever works for you, the key to good health is to just relax.
